Kicking off Centerline’s Firearms Education Program for 2008 is the unique
Defensive Handgun Skills program. Taught by one the areas premier firearms
instructors, Bill Lindsay, Defensive Handgun Skills is ideal for Concealed Pistol
License holders who would like to improve their skills or those who are
considering applying for a CPL.

This set of six classes is designed to prepare you for skilled defensive handgun
use. Beginning with weapon familiarization and covering marksmanship, re-
loading, positional shooting, and handling malfunctions, a skill set will be taught
once a month until all the skills have been incorporated; enhanced with study and
practice handouts provided to hone your performance as the next skill set is
added.

This course of instruction requires you have the holster you plan to use; you’ll also
need a cover garment, eye and ear protection, and a baseball style cap. Elbow
and knee pads are optional. This class is technique driven, bring what you shoot.

Because this course is based on building accumulative skills, if you register for all
six classes and pre-pay a discounted price of $200 is offered. Class size is

Centerline holds monthly CPL (required by the State of Michigan to fulfill the
classroom and range requirements for the Concealed Pistol License application)
classes on the fourth Friday from 5:00 pm to 10 pm and the next morning from 9:
